T-Plan E-mail support for Lotus Notes

Post by piotrkrupa » Thu Feb 05, 2004 10:10 am

We're using Lotus Notes (currently R5, willing to upgrade to R6), not Outlook.

Is it possible to configure T-Plan to make use of Lotus Notes?

Would it require add-in development?

T-Plan Incident Manager has an extension written that allows integration with Lotus Notes.
(There is not an extension for T-Plan Professional.)
However due to the complexities of any Lotus Notes installation I am afraid that the solution is not plug and play and will require technical installation to allow for all the different types of Lotus Notes configurations that are possible.
Because of this the extension may require further technical work - i.e. Extension development - dependant on your environment.

Thanks,
Charlie

Charlie,

I'd like to follow the pink rabbit and make that extension work with Lotus Notes.

Can you tell me, what should I do?

Hi!

I'm afraid there is no link in our private forum to get this extension...

Currently we are using T-Plan 5.0 sr3.
Do you have an extension designed for this version?

The download is now in your Customer Private Forum.

The Extension will install on T-Plan 5.0 SR3 - however it has not been thoroughly tested against this T-Plan Version.

T-Plan recommends either that you upgrade to Version 5.1.1 or perform rigourous testing to make sure that this Extension fully performs in your environment.

Thanks,
Charlie
