Filtering for entities with NULL or "blank" attribute values

For Example:

If you wish to filter on a check box (free format, Boolean) attribute such as "Signed Off"
the following string would be used:-

Find any Function where not (Signed Off(F) = TRUE)

If you were searching on a text field (free format, string) such as "Description", the following would be used:-

Find any Function where Description = ""

If you were searching for a predefined attribute such as "Risk Factor" (remembering for it to be blank it would have to be a non-mandatory
attribute) the following would be used:-

Find any Function where not (Test(P) = "1" or Test(P) = "2" or Test(P) =
"3")

(The above string uses an example predefined attribute of Test, so replace "Test" accordingly, with values of 1,2,3 so again replace and repeat for each value present.)
