Adding History Log to multiple incidents and Attribute Def.

T-Plan 5.0 sr3

we have set up some Attribute Definitions - most important for us is Release ID (connected with Change Management) - every incident have a different Release ID

If we try to add a history log to multiple incidents, this filed is overwriten by a value taken from the first incident.

We can always go to a previous log to see the right Release ID...

In T-Plan 4.0 this value was not being copied!

When you update multiple incidents the values on the Incident Form will get populated to all Incidents that you have muti selected.

So as not to update values you do not want you should remove the values from the form.

To do this - Right Mouse Click on the form and select "Customise this View".
From the window that appears select from the list the items that you wish to update for your mutiple incident collection.
Then select OK.
Once set these are the only values that will be added to your mutiple incident collection.

To change the values available - just repeat the steps listed above.
