Multiple script variables from CLI

Post by charlie » Fri Oct 08, 2010 3:13 pm

One of our members posted this:

How do I pass two or more variable values through the -v option? For example, I want to execute a test script and pass it two variables, TestCase=TC-001 and REPORT=TC-001.html?

Each variable defined in the CLI must be preceded by the "-v' or "--var" option. The correct command in your case would be:

Code: Select all

java -Xmx128m -jar robot.jar -c <server> -r script.tpr -v TestCase=TC-001 -v REPORT=TC-001.html --nodisplay
