Error 404 when starting WebIMS

On a 2003 server 'Active Server Pages' are, by default, set to 'Prohibited'. This will cause a 404 Error, Page cannot be displayed when attempting to open a file in your browser with a .ASP extension.

How to rectify this:

Start IIS and navigate to the 'Web Service Extensions' node.
On the right-hand pane set 'Active server Pages' to 'Allowed'.
